CHECK IT OUT. Ces Challenge.

Hello again to you all out there in blogland on this very cold day.
I would like to enter this card into the Challenge over at www.ceschallenges.blogspot.com The title of the Challenge is called CHECK IT OUT.

I have used a scalloped edge card and the papers are from the Black and White Matt Stack. All edged have been decorated with a silver chainlink border to highlight. I have then used some small black and white matting squares and layered them to give a pointed design onto which I added a silver lurex bow at the top and a sentiment square which says "BEST WISHES"
To complete the look I have used black Organza Flower from Mei Flower and die cut leaves from the Spellbinders FOLIAGE SET and also a smaller leaf design.

HAVE A HEART. DT card for MAWTT.

Hello and a very good morning to you all. My card today is my DT card for Moving Along with the Times, and this Challenge is called HAVE A HEART, hosted by the lovely Debs. It must have at least one heart which is visible for all to see.

I have used an Elegance shaped card in white onto which I have added heart patterned paper. I have made a border in white pearlised card punched with the Martha Stewart CLOUDY HEARTS punch. I have added a white decorative doily, a panel of pink patterned paper mounted on pale pink pearlised card and then edged with a silver border.
My image is from Stitchy Bear which I have coloured with Promarkers, cut out and added heart shaped gems on her dress and a beaded heart on her hat with a pink heart too.
To complete the look I have added co-ordinating flowers and punched leaves, a rose patterned glitter hear edged with pink gems and a matching bow.

THANK YOU. Celebrate the Occasion Challenge.

Hello and good afternoon to you all. My card I have to show you is for Challenge #48 over at www.celebratetheoccasion.blogspot.com The title of their challenge is to MAKE A THANK YOU CARD (and you must use a punch)
I have used an ordinary square card for this and covered the front in light blue. My friend Sue (thank you so very much Sue) sent me two packages in the post this morning, full of lovely embossed panels of card, and I have used one on this which is white and I think called DIVINE SWIRLS. Once in position I added a silver chainlink border to highlight and add definition too. I then added a panel of light blue and white patterned glitter card, which I punched down each edge with the Martha Stewart DOILY LACE border punch.
My stamped image is called EMMA SWING from Lili of the Valley. I coloured her with Promarkers the mounted it onto light blue card and again added the silver border. It was adhered on sticky pads to make 3D.

I completed the look by added very small dark blue gemstones on some of the embossed swirls, and a sentiment tag which says THANKS, to which I added a pale blue satin bow.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE GIRLS. Kaboodle Doodles Challenge.

Hello and good morning to you all, and although it is dry and the sun is shining, it is bitterly cold with a very icy wind, brrrr.
The first card I have to show you today, is for Challenge #104 at www.kaboodledoodles.blogspot.com The title of their Challenge is ALL ABOUT THE GIRL'S and this is my entry.
I have used papers from Papermania RICH YELLOWS COLLECTION, white and orange cardstock, and also holographic for the FOLIAGE using a Spellbinders die.
The decorative panel was sent to me by my friend Sue, and the sentiment is mounted on another Nestie shape. I have added gold gemstones for texture and definition.

My image is from Whoopsie Daisy and coloured with Promarkers.. All edges have the addition of a gold decorative border. The sentiment says HAPPY EVERYTHING.

I have used a scalloped edge card for the base and added paper from the Papermania BLUEBERRY PIE COLLECTION and edged it with a silver chainlink border.
I then used dark blue and a smaller strip of white to make a decorative border using the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT border punch.
Onto this I cut a large Decorative Nestie shape and embossed with SWISS DOTS folder, and in the centre I added a DIAMOND SHAPE which I edged with clear gemstones to add texture and highlight, a smaller diamond of dark blue was centred and onto that a metal DRAGONFLY.
To complete the look I made double embossed butterflies and a sentiment of BEST WISHES.

For something a little different, I have done an ALTERED CD. It is a SPECIAL ONE for Valentines Day, and I would like to enter it into the following challenges.

My CD is covered with paper from the My Minds Eye BRIGHT DOTS COLLECTION, it has been edged with lovely lace and then edged with red gemstones to highlight.
In the centre I have cut two sizes of Spellbinders CROWND CIRCLES and onto this I have added my gorgeous BEARS NEXT DOOR freebie image from Digi Darlas. (If you enter this particular challenge you can get another free image just for entering which is called Young Love)
I used my new Diamond cutter from Nellie Snellen and cut two co-ordinating sizes onto which I placed my stamped sentiment of LOVE ALWAYS and the added a bow to match.

I completed the look by adding Spellbinders Foliage leaves in holographic card and adding gorgeous paper flowers. I also added a matching ribbon hanger at the top.
I am thrilled with the way this has turned out, and I hope that you will like it too. If you wish to comment, that would be very much appreciated.

CUTE GARDENER. Birthday Sundaes Challenge.

Hello and good morning to my fellow crafters out there. It is a very dark and cold day here, so hopefully I can get my crafty head on, which seems to have deserted me this past couple of days.
I would like to enter this card into the challenge at www.birthdaysundaes.blogspot.com
The title of the Challenge is to make an EASEL BIRTHDAY CARD.
This time I have made a rectangle on i shades of blue. All edges have a silver decorative border. The designer paper panel on the bottom is from the LINEN CLOSET paper pad. I have added an embossed butterfly with two layers to make 3D and it has a flight trail of gemstones.
my image is called CUTE GARDENER by Mami Doodles, coloured with Promarkers and a bow added at the top.

My HAPPY BIRTHDAY sentiment is on the bottom with added gemstones and to complete the look I have added a large co-ordinating flower and foliage.

For this I decided tomake an Easel card with a colour combination of Red and Black.The bottom part is all embossed using SWISS DOTS & IN STITCHES embossing folders. I have added four red gemstones to hold the top part up, and there are small white pearls on the embossed border of LACY SCALLOPED HEART border.
The top has been completed with the same border, a large silver heart with the sentiment disc of WITH LOVE, then edged with red gemstones. I have made the small red flowers with silver card candi in the centres, and to finish it off and red and white bow.

OFF FOR A WALK. Two Challenges.

Hello again everyone. My next card I would like to enter into the following two challenges.

I have used a square scalloped edged card for the base and onto this added a pink patterned paper, then a smaller panel of pink polka dot paper. These have been edged with a silver decorative border to highlight the shapes.
The border across the centre has been constructed using a pale pink pearlised card with a narrower strip of lilac pearlised card. The edges have all been punched with the Martha Stewart BUBBLE BATH punch. Then across the centre of that I added a deeper lilac with white polka dots ribbon.
The image is called OFF FOR A WALK from Di's Digi Downloads, coloured with Promarkers and then mounted on a pale pink pearlised card then adhered using sticky pads to make 3D. The image also has been edged with silver border.
To complete the look I have added a sentiment flower which says LET'S CELEBRATE, card candy and matching ribbon bow.

THINGS WITH WINGS.

Hello everyone. I hope that you are all well on this very cold Saturday.

The first card I have to show, is being entered into the following two challenges.

I have used a shaped card for the base. The panel of designer paper is from the DCWV. CAFE MEDITERRANEAN paper pad. This has been edged with a gold decorative border. Across the top I added a strip of green pearlised card which I punched with the Martha Stewart IRON GATE punch. Onto this I added a co-ordinating bow.

My image is from Whoopsie Daisy, which I coloured with Promarkers and added green stickles on her wings to add texture. She has been positioned on sticky pads for a 3D effect.

The patterned edge of the card has also been outlined with stickles. The flower is made up of three punched flower shaped and embossed with the CARAMELLO folder, then I added an organza flower in the centre and punched gold leaves.

To complete the look I have added a sentiment tag which says HAVE A MAGICAL DAY, and a gemstone to match. I also added another floral decoration top left.

The background paper is from Papermania - VERDE COLLECTION. The striped paper is from my scrap box and has been mounted on green textured card. All edges have a gold decorative border to highlight the shapes.
I have cut a Nestie DEOCRATIVE SQUARE out of pink glitter card and positioned at an angle.

My image is from Mami Doodles called LARA WITH FLOWERS, coloured with Promarkers and cut out, then positioned on sticky pads for a 3D effect. To complete the look I have added a large co-ordinating flower with rosebud centre, and punched pink leaves. I then added a sentiment of "HI" in glittered letters.

Hello and good morning to you all on this very rubbish weather day we are having, but, it is a perfect day for staying in and crafting.
This card I would like to enter into the following challenges.

I have used turquoise blue for my background and onto this I added a panel made of paper from Papermania-BLUEBERRY PIE COLLECTION, mounted onto a light blue plain card.
I then made a border panel of white pearlised card, onto which I added a dark blue mirror card. This then had two strips of a spotted ribbon paper, and then all edges had been decorated with a turquoise and silver border to highlight and add definition too. Down the centre of that panel I added four blue rectangle gemstones and at the top I positioned a co-ordinating flower with leaves cut from the Spellbinders FOLIAGE SET.
My image is from Whoopsie Daisy, coloured with Promarkers and cut out and adhered on sticky pads to make 3D.

To complete I added the sentiment of THANK YOU.

Using a square card as the base, I have used paper from Anna Stemplewska which has been edged with a silver chainlink border to highlight.
I have made a border panel using pink card as the base and onto that I have added pink mirror card which has been punched both edges with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT PUNCH.

My image is fro Mami Doodles called THE SHAMROCK FAIRY. which has been coloured with Promarkers and stickles on her wings, and small white pearls for decoration. It has been mounted onto pale pink pearlised card and adhered using sticky pads overlapping the edge of the card. I have completed the look with a pink bow and cerise pink gemstones.

BLOOMING MARVELLOUS. DT card for MAWTT

Hello and good morning everyone. This week our Challenge is being hosted by the super-talented Lisa Jane, and she has chosen a fabulous challenge called BLOOMING MARVELLOUS.
We would love to see papers, embellishments or images, in fact anything with lovely flowers, there are endless possibilities.
We are being Sponsored by BUNNY ZOES this week, where there are lots of wonderful crafty goodies to buy, and also lots of NEW ARRIVALS too.

The Prize for the Winner of our Challenge is a £10 Gift Voucher from Bunny Zoe's to be spent in their fabulous store.

So isn't that such a wonderful incentive to come and join in this brilliant Challenge.

Now onto my card.
I have made a different shaped folded card using a colour combination of yellow and green. It has a combination of textured, plain and holographic cardstock, papers from My Minds Eye-Bright Dots Collection and also a floral paper from a Martha Stewart Paper pad.
Overlapping the front fold is a large Nestie DECORATIVE SQUARE, onto which I have added my image which is called COUNTRY FLOWERS, coloured with Promarkers and then edged with a gold border and a co-ordinating green bow.
On the inside of the card, I have cut two panels of the Nestie DECORATIVE SQUARES in two sizes, and then added two other decorative panels. Onto which I have put the sentiment disc of BIRTHDAY WISHES on a scalloped cirlcle.
To complete the look I have added leaves cut from the Spellbinders FOLIAGE SET and Cherry Blossom flowers.

I am so looking forward to coming to visit your blogs and seeing all your beautiful entries.
I would also like to say a BIG HELLO to our three lovely GDT ladies, and please would you take a little time to say hello and give them a lovely welcome too. They have made fantastic creations.

Hi, I am back again with another Challenge entry. This will be my last today, as I am off to hospital this afternoon.
This card is for Challenge #64 over at www.lollipopcrafts.blogspot.com The title of their Challenge is WING IT.
I have made a White on White card for this Challenge. It has been constructed by using three different embossing folders. SWISS DOTS, IN STITCHES & CARAMELLO. I have also made the border using the Martha Stewart TRADITIONAL EYELET punch.
All edges have a silver decorative border to highlight the shapes.
I have punched the flowers and added white pearls for the centres. I has been completed by adding a White Marabou Feather, punched leaves and a white embossed butterfly.
I hope you like this card as much as I enjoyed making it.

My image is called ARTIFICIAL FLOWER GIRLS from Sassy Cheryls Designs, which has been coloured with Promarkers and then cut out.

To complete the look I have added co-ordinating flowers and punched fern leaves, gemstones and a CONGRATULATIONS banner.

Hello and good morning to you all out there in this wonderful blogland. My first creation today, is something different for me. I have decorated a GIFT BAG.
I would like to enter this into the following two Challenges.

The paper I have used is from the Best of K & Company Paper Collection. Then I have gone round the edges with a gold decorartive border.
My image is from Whoopsie Daisy, coloured with Promarkers and edged again with a decorative border. I then added ruched lace to give texture and added dimension to the image. On each corner I added co-ordinating card candi. This was then adhered on sticky pads to make 3D.
On the reverse side, I used the same paper and border. I then used lilac pearlised textured card and cut a Nestie Rectangle shape. Onto this I added a pink CROWNED CIRCLE shape with added gemstones.This was then completed with a Handbag charm with gold thread and a satin bow. The sentiment is WITH LOVE.

Hello and good afternoon on this wet day. The card I have to show today is for Challenge #38 at www.pinkgemchallengeblog.blogspot.com It is a SKETCH and for this I have just used textured, holographic and pearlised cardstock.
The image is called SPRING SWING from The Paper Shelter, and has been coloured with Promarkers.
The border has been made using the punch DOILY LACE from Martha Stewart.
All edges have a silver decorative border and to complete the look I have added a co-ordinating satin bow and a sentiment tablet saying "ON YOUR BIRTHDAY"

GIRL WITH TULIP. 2 Sisters Challenge.

Good evening my lovely blogging friends. This will be my last post for tonight, as I didnt time it right to take photos of my other cards I have made, it was too dark, but I will save them for tomorrow.

This card is for Challenge #75 over at www.2sisterchallengeblog.blogspot.com The title of the Challenge is EMBOSSING and this is my entry.
I have made a rectangle card for a change. My background is using paper from the My Mind's Eye-BRIGHT DOTS COLLECTION.
The large rectangle is embossed with the BUDDING VINE folder, and the green textured oval is embossed using the SWISS DOTS folder. Onto the oval, I have added green gemstones around the edge to make 3D.
My image is from Mami Doodles called GIRL WITH TULIP, which I have coloured with Promarkers and cut out. She has been positioned using sticky pads for a 3D effect. I have added a gold decorative border round the embossed panel, card candi to co-ordinate on the corners. I have made a large flower for the top corner with punched gold leaves, and the sentiment says "HAVE A GREAT DAY"

EMBOSSING + SKETCH. The Pixie Cottage Challenge.

Hi my friends, oh what fun to sit and craft, I am having such fun. This card is for Challenge #104 over at www.thepixiecottage.blogspot.com The theme is EMBOSSING and there is also a SKETCH, so I have chosen to combine both of them.
I have used a scalloped edged card onto which the background paper is from the Papermania SUNSHINE paper pack. The border has been made using lemon pearlised card, punched with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT punch.
I then cut a large Nestie Decorative Square, which has been embossed with the DAWNY embossing folder. My image is from Mami Doodles called THE SWING which has been coloured with Promarkers, and then I have added brown gems in the centre of the flowers, and black gemstones on the scroll work.

All edges have a gold decorative border to highlight and add definition too. A small floral arrangement and a LEMON SORBET BOW complete the card.

SAMMI. Craft Your Days Away Challenge.

Hello and good morning my friends, and what a horrible day it is. So this afternoon, while husband is watching sport, I will be found in my craftroom, just perfect.
The first card I have to show you today is for Challenge #37 over at www.craftyourdaysaway.blogspot.com The title of the Challenge is DISTRESSING, and this is my very first attempt at this skill, so I hope that it is ok.

The image I have used is SAMMI from The Digi Garden, she is so beautiful to colour, which I have done with Promarkers and then cut out. I have used red as my background, added a designer paper which I have tried to Distress around the edges, and I have also done the same to the black card, onto which I have placed my image. To complete the look, I have added a border around the edges, added small co-ordinating flowers and my sentiment is YOU'RE THE BEST.

Hello and good afternoon my lovely blogging friends. I hope that you are all having a wonderful weekend, its very windy and cold outside today.
I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges.

I have used a shaped card and firstly added a broad white ribbon down the left side. I then cut three sizes of a Nestie Shape, and then each of the shapes was embossed in a different embossing folder. Large in SWISS DOTS, Medium in IN STITCHES and the smallest in BUDDING VINE. These were then staggered and adhered with a white flourish at the top.
I added a large white bow down the spine, in the centre it has a 3d white flower with silk petals as the base. The shaped edge of the card, has been highlighted by adding white pearls to give texture and a 3D look. To complete the card, I have added a Sentiment disc with silver letters which says "HAPPY EVERYTHING"

I have used papers from the Papermania BOYSENBERRY COLLECTION. The panel has been mounted onto pearlised card, and onto the border I have added a ROSE EMBOSSED FABRIC BRAID. All edges have a silver border.

The main panel of the verse scroll, which has been mounted onto a satin effect purple paper and decorated with heart gemstones.
Words of verse:
"THIS SPECIAL WISH IS SENT TO HOPE THAT YOUR DAY FROM START TO END,
WILL BE THE VERY HAPPIEST ONE THAT YOU COULD EVER SPEND.
FOR YOU DESERVE THE NICEST THINGS THAT LIFE CAN BRING YOUR WAY,
AND THAT'S WHY SO MUCH SPECIAL LOVE COMES WITH THIS WISH TODAY".

To complete the look, I have added a beautiful flower and silver punched leaves.

Hello and good afternoon on this very wet day here. I am back in my craftroom now, after just taking my little dog for a short walk.
The card I have to show you today, I would like to enter for the following challenges.

I decided to a little Oriental this time, as I have never used this Silhouette, which I mounted on black and then a red shiny card, then trimmed the edge with deckle scissors.
I made an EASEL CARD, and used two different designs of Red & White patterned card. All edges have a silver chainlink border to highlight the shapes.
I added a black strip across the top part of the Easel and then added my topper diagonally. Across the bottom part, I also added a black strip and onto this I added three red buttons and a sentiment tag saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

To complete the look of the card I have added large red flowers with beautiful FOLIAGE made using the Spellbinders set. Red gemstones add the sparkle.

BLUE & BROWN CHALLENGE. Digi Doodle Shops Best.

Hi again everyone. This is a card I have made this afternoon. It is for Challenge #91 at www.digidoodleshopsbest.blogspot.com The title of the Challenge is to use BLUE & BROWN.
My background paper is from the "LET'S FLY AWAY" paper collection. I have added a deep blue mirror card border onto which I have added brown textured card which has been punched with the Martha Stewart PICKET FENCE punch.

My image is from The Paper Shelter called SOPHIE IN THE COUNTRY, which has been coloured with Promarkers and mounted on blue card. All edges have been decorated with a gold border. I have added brown gems on the ribbon on her hat.
To complete the look, I have added a co-ordinating patterned bow, brown roses and punched foliage.

RED & BLACK VALENTINES. Ruby Rainbow & Crafty Ribbons Challenges.

Hello and good afternoon to you all. Oh wow, there is a strong wind now and it is feeling very cold, snow has been mentioned for round our area.
The card is for two challenges, both with a similar theme.

www.craftyribbonschallenge.blogspot.com Challenge #11. LOVE IS RED & BLACK.

I have used black card for the background, edged with a silver border. Across the middle I have punched a strip of red pearlised card on both edges with the Martha Stewart CLOUDY HEARTS punch. Across the centre of that I have added a black with white stitching braid.

Then I cut with two sizes of a Nestie Shape. The large one has been embossed with the SWISS DOTS folder, and the smaller one with the CARAMELLO embossing folder. They were positioned together, and then on the black one I added some red gemstones. Also I added a red corrugated heart and onto that, a red rose with silver punched leaves. To complete the look, I added black and white spotted card candi, and a silver lurex bow.

THINGS WITH WINGS. DT for Moving Along With The Times.

Hello and good morning everyone. Today over at MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES, we have a new challenge hosted by the very talented PAM.
The theme this week is THINGS WITH WINGS.

We are also being Sponsored by CRAFTY EMMA'S STORE, and for the Winner of the Challenge, they will recieve a £10 Voucher for the Store.

Now onto my card. I have used Yellow for my base card and the papers are from the Papermania SPRING LIFE COLLECTION. The panel has been made using co-ordinating cardstock. All edges have been decorated with a gold border to highlight and add definition.
I have added a punched border using cream hammered card punched with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT. I then added three double embossed butterflies on that border. Then on the main panel I added a small decorative book with the sentiment of THANK YOU.
To complete the look I have added gold holographic FOLIAGE with small flower.

Hello again, I am back with another challenge card and this one is for Challenge #46 over at www.celebratetheoccasion.blogspot.com You can make a card for ANY OCCASION, but you must use POLKA DOTS.
The paper is from My Minds Eye BRIGHT DOTS COLLECTION, which has been mounted onto black card and added to a scalloped edged base card. All edges have been decorated with a silver chainlink border to highlight and add definition.

I then used two strips of a black shiny card, punched all edges with the Martha Stewart BUBBLEBATH punch.
The image of the SHOE has been coloured with Promarkers and mounted on co-ordinating card with a silver decorative corner. I cant remember where I got the image.
To complete the look I have added another silver cornerpiece, red bow and a sentiment disc of ESPECIALLY FOR YOU.

Hello everyone on what has been a much better day with the weather, and staying light a little longer too.
My card is for the Challenge over at www.creativecraftchallenges2.blogspot.com They would love to see your creations using the colour BLUE. This is self-explanatory really using a lovely stripey paper for the background, a border using dark blue card punched with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT punch.
My image is a stamped image sent to me by my friend, it has been coloured with Promarkers, mounted on another shade of blue and edged with a silver decorative border to highlight.

To complete the look, I added a sentiment of "THE BEST OF TIMES" mounted on textured, holographic & embossed paper.

Hi, back again with another challenge card. This card is for DIGI MAKEOVER CHALLENGE #18 over at www.papermakeupstamps.blogspot.com The title of the Challenge is to make a GET WELL CARD.
I have used a scalloped edged card onto which I have added a paper from Henbury Lane, and then a smaller panel of a matching embossed paper. All edges have been decorated with silver borders to highlight and give definition too.
My image is from Crafty Sentiments called ROSIE-SPRING FLOWERS which I have coloured with Promarkers and mounted onto a co-ordinating textured card.
To complete the look I have added mulberry paper flowers and punched leaves and added the sentiment of GET WELL.

COLOUR CHALLENGE. Crafts 4 Eternity.

Hello and good afternoon my friends, and boy, is it cold here. We have just put the heating on, my little hands are like ice.

This card is for Challenge R#54 over at http://www.crafts4eternity.blogspot.com/ It is a COLOUR CHALLENGE and there is an Inspirational Picture called ICE MAGIC.
I have used a square card and have used blue paper, holographic silver card. My decorative panel has been cut using a pale blue and white gingham paper. The edges have a silver decorative border to highlight. In the centre is a silve flower shape with a glittered mulberry flower, and a smaller silvery one with gemstone to complete it.
Finally I have cut FOLIAGE out of a beautiful floral designer paper, added a glittered flower with pearl centre, and card candi on the vacant corners.

PRETTY IN PINKS. Cooking it up with Katie Challenge.

Good evening to you all. This card is for Challenge #87 over at www.cookingitupwithkatie.blogspot.com/ The Challenge is to use PINK, POSIES & PEARLS. I hope you like my card. I have used a floral paper for the background, a metallic embossed paper which has been mounted onto textured and then black card. All edges have been decorated with a silver border to highlight and give definition too.

The sentiment says WITH LOVE. The centrepiece is a large flower with gemstone centre and pearls added to the embossed leaves (SWISS DOTS) FOLDER. There is a small pink rosebud posy at the bottom left and a bow with rosebud to complete.

Moving Along With The Times. DT card.

Hello and good afternoon everyone. The first card I have to show you today is my DT card for Moving Along With The Times.
Our Hostess this week is the wondefully talented Laurie, and she has chosen the theme of SPOTS and/or STRIPES.
For my card I have made an Easel card using papers from Papermania-VERDE PAPER PACK & My Minds Eye-BRIGHT DOTS COLLECTION.
I have used a large Nestie Decorative Square which has been embossed with the SWISS DOTS folder, and onto this I then added my image which is from Paper Nation and is a stamp called WALKERS, which has been coloured with Promarkers, mounted on striped paper and positioned using sticky pads for a 3D effect. I have added stiped decorative corners. All edges have a gold decorative border to highlight, and the sentiment tag says "THINKING OF YOU" to which I placed a flower gemstone.
To complete the look I have used the Spellbinders FOLIAGE set for the holograph leaves and organza and mulberry flowers.
We are also being sponsored this week by the fabulous SIR STAMPALOT, and there is a wonderful prize for the winner of our challenge.

LOTS OF WHITE. Deep Ocean & Anything Challenges.

Hello my friends out there in blogland. I only have one card today, as the light here is terrible, and I cant get any decent pictures.
This card is being entered into the following two challenges.

My base card is a scalloped edge one. I have added two embossed panels using COTTAGE FLORAL & SWISS DOTS embossing folders.
All edges have been decorated with a silver decorative border.
Down the narrow panel I have added a white daisy braid with a white satin bow and rosebud. It also has the birthday sentiment disc saying BIRTHDAY WISHES.
On the large panel I have added a Nestie decorative shape, and then to finally decorate it has lilac and white flowers with punched silver holographic leaves.

I have used papers from Papermania SUMMER BLOOM COLLECTION and also from HENBURY LANE. All panels have been edged with a silver border to highlight.
I have used Promarkers to colour my image which I then cut out and positioned on sticky pads to make 3D.

To complete the look, I have added pink organza flower with punched leaves and a double embossed butterfly in co-ordinating colours.

ROSES ARE RED. Creations by Gillm Challenge.

Hello and good afternoon everyone. I hope that you are all having a lovely day.
This card is for CBGM Challenge #1 over at http://www.creationsbygillm.blogspot.com/ The Challenge is DECOUPAGE and for mine, I have used a gorgeous Dufex RED ROSE. It has 3 layers to make it stand out.
I have used a spotted paper from my stash, used two strips of red pearlised card to make a border, which has then been edged with a silver border to highlight the shape. I have then added a Paisley Floral Vinyl sticker at the bottom to add extra texture. The edge of the card has been decorated with black and red gemstones to highlight the shape of the border, with the addition of a small red satin bow.
My sentiment tablet says "HAVE A LOVELY DAY"

VELLUM VALENTINES. Perfect Sentiments & The Paper Players Challenges.

Hello and good afternoon everyone.
My first card today is for two challenges.

I have stamped the TRIPLE HEARTS image and heat embossed in RED. I have used red card and the designer paper is from the Kars LOVE Paper Pad.
My border has been punched using pearlised card and the Martha Stewart DOILY LACE PUNCH. Across that I added a FELT HEART BORDER to make 3D. I have added a strip of silver holographic card onto which I have added RED FUNKY HEARTS punched using RED VELLUM and then put through the Cuttlebug using the SWISS DOTS folder. I have also added another VELLUM HEART at the bottom corner of the main stamped image.

To complete the look, my sentiment tablet says LOVE and LAUGHTER.

WITH LOVE. Totally Gorjuss Challenge.

Hello everyone. I hope that you are all ok, its been wet and miserable outside here all day. I have made some cards, but the light is not good for pictures.
This card is for Challenge #113 over at www.totallygorjuss.blogspot.com This week it is a SKETCH, and this is my take on it.
I have used paper from the TRAVEL LIGHT pad, and also pearlised and textured card. Edges have been decorated with a gold border to highlight and give definition too. I have cut a Nestie Decorative Oval, and my image of Tilda has been added using sticky pads to make 3D. I have then added gold gemstones around the edge.
To complete the look I have added a glittered flower with bead centre, a Floral Flourish by Joy Crafts, satin bow with bead detail and the sentiment which says WITH LOVE.

The card I have to show you is for SKETCH #1a over at http://www.4craftychicks.blogspot.com/
I would also like to enter this card into the Challenge over at http://www.cardmakinmamas.blogspot.com/ To make either a New Year card, or Something New that you recieved. My MOLLY BLOOM STAMP is what I recieved for Christmas.
I have used red card for the base and added a red with gold embossed design handmade paper and edged that with a gold chainlink border to highhlight.
My border has been made using the Martha Stewart DOILY LACE punch. I have added Polka Dot ribbon from Mei Flower. The Striped Paper is from K and Company, and I have also used Gold holographic card.
To complete the look I have added black and gold sticky ribbon strips, punched leaves from the Spellbinders FOLIAGE set, and gorgeous roses. At the top I have added black and red beaded decorations and black gemstones.

COLOUR CHALLENGE. Color Throwdown Challenge

Hi again. I have had a lovely time crafting today, so this is my last card for tonight.
It is for Challenge #173 at http://www.colorthrowdown.blogspot.com/ The would like you to use BLACK/RED/SILVER and/or GREY.
For my card I have used a combination of paper and cardstock. The five Nestie Shape layers have all been embossed with the IN STITCHES embossing folder and then stacked. In the centre is my sentiment tablet which says "HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY"

My boder has been created using silver mirror card then punched along both sides with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT punch.
I have added a black ribbon along its length and added a large red bow.
To complete the look I have added white pearls and a floral and leaf arrangement at the cormer.

This is my second card today, using the SKETCH at http://www.papermakeupstamps.blogspot.com/ It is Challenge #17 and for this I have used the image called AMY LOOKING OUT from Crafty Sentiments, paper is from Dovecraft, I have also used pearlised card and an embossed metallic paper.
The punch used is Martha Stewart TRADITIONAL EYELET, and I used a Nestie Large DECORATIVE OVAL, which I edged with white peals. To complete the look I added a blue bow.

Hello everyone. Well finally the winds have calmed down and at the moment it is fine, thank goodness. Last night was very scary,l there were bins and things flying down the avenue, it was vicious outside. Lets hope it stays a lot quieter now.

I have used a beautiful embossed and glittered paper from First Edition SPRING FEAST paper collection. The decorative pink oval has been embossed with the CARAMELLO embossing folder and then deep pink gemstones decorate the edge to add texture and definition.
I have added a ziz-zag border across the bottom. The tree is a die-cut to which I have added a bow.

To complete the look I have added an organza and pearl detailed butterfly, and the sentiment disc says BIRTHDAY WISHES.

Hello everyone, I hope that you are all well, and getting back to normality after the festive holidays. Its been so nice to get straight and all cleaned up.
Right, my card today is following the SKETCH challenge by www.sketchsaturday.blogspot.com It is Week #188. I have used papers from Papermania BLUEBERRY PIE COLLECTION and also from HENBURY LANE.
My image is ELLIE with DOLL from The Digi Garden. All edges have been decorated with a silver chainlink border to highlight and give definition too. The ribbon is blue with white flowers.

I wanted to make some quick Thank You cards and this is one of them. Its a simple format, lots of lovely layers, using one of my favourite colour combinations.
I have cut two decorative squares and then positioned at an angle, in the centre I added the word THANKS which is a metal embellishment.
I completed the look with glittered flowers and punched leaves.

SWEET CALLIE CELEBRATES. Our Creative Corner Challenge.

Hello again everyone. My next card is for the Challenge called CELEBRATIONS over at http://www.ourcreativecorner6.blogspot.com/ They would also like you to use the following colours. BRIGHT PINK, BRIGHT GREEN, BRIGHT YELLOW & BRIGHT PURPLE.
I have made a shaped card for this, something a little different, with half of the front missing diagonally. I have used a variety of papers and cardstock. Papermania LEMON SORBET & Dovecraft.
The two ovals on the front have also been embossed using the SWISS DOTS folder and the addition of gemstones to add texture.
My image is from Digi Darla called SWEET CALLIE, which has been coloured with Promarkers and cut out. It has been positioned overlapping the edge of the card.
On the inside I have added a smaller scalloped oval to write your message in. I have completed the look with all edges having a gold chainlink border, a matching bow and co-odinating flowers and punched leaves.

BEST WISHES FROM VICTORIA. Daring Cardmakers Challenge.

Hello and Happy New Year to you all. I wonder how many of you are nursing a hangover today, or maybe your were good, and stayed sober, haha.
My first card today is for the Challenge over at http://www.daringcardmakers.blogspot.com/
The Challenge is to use SPOTS & STRIPES.

I have used papers from My Minds Eye-BRIGHT DOTS COLLECTION & also from Papermania RICH REDS COLLECTION. My image is VICTORIA from The Digi Garden, which has been coloured with Promarkers, cut out, then mounted on red, then silver holographic card. It has been mounted on sticky pads to make it 3D, and all edges have been decorated with a silver fancy border to highlight and give definition too. The border has been made using the Martha Stewart PICKET FENCE punch.
To complete the look, I have added some random white pearls and my sentiment is BEST WISHES.

The card I have to share with you is for Challenge #12 over at http://www.perfectsentimentschallenge.blogspot.com/ The title of their Challenge is THANK YOU with a SKETCH.
I have gone with shades of blues for this card. I think the floral paper is from Henbury Lane. All edges have been adorned with a silver chainlink border to highlight.
I have made my sentiment as the focal point for a change. It has been stamped onto white card, and then cut out using a Nestie shape, then mounted on a larger shape in dark blue.
To complete the look, I have added a double embossed butterfly, and added glittered flowers and rosebuds with punched leaves.

MAGICAL FAIRIES. Crafting for all Seasons Challenge.

Hi again everyone. My next card is for Challenge #17 over at http://www.craftingforallseasons.blogspot.com/ Their Challenge this week is FAIRIES and this is my entry.
I have gone with a lilac and pink colour choice, using a patterned card for the background. I have cut three sizes of Decorative Nestie squares. The two larger ones in plain pink, then a slighter smaller one in a patterned card. I then cut two small sized ones and embossed them with the CARAMELLO embossing folder. My image is from Sheet 243 from Whoopsi Daisy, which has been coloured with Promarkers, then cut out. The wings have been decorated with gemstones to add texture.

To complete the look, I have added mulberry flowers and punched holographic silver, and lilac patterned sprigs of leaves. I have added a silver decorative corner and the sentiment tag says "HAVE A MAGICAL DAY"

STEP BACK IN TIME. Moving Along with the Times - DT card.

Hello and good morning everyone on the very wet and wild day. Its perfect for crafting I think.
It is a special day for me today, as this is the first card I have made after being asked by Shell and Hazel at Moving Along with the Times, to join their DT. What a wonderful honour, and of course, I did accept. Thank you everyone for making me feel so welcome.

My card is using AUTUMN-Back to the 60's pre-coloured images. I have used co-ordinating card stock, and a retro paper for a border. My image of AUTUMN has been positioned on two scalloped ovals that have been embossed with the SPOTS & DOTS embossing folder.
To complete the look, I have added card candi and all edges have been dedcorated with a silver chainlink border.

BLACK & WHITE BEAUTY. Three Challenges.

I have used a white scalloped edge card, added black card, then edged with a silver border to highlight. I have cut two sizes of Nestie squares, added white pearls to decorate.. The central flower is silver embossed daisy flower, and then a co-ordinated flower centre with black gemstones.

I have added silk flower ribbon border and a satin polka dot bow. Silver card candi adorns the corners.

My first card today is for Challenge #108 over at http://www.skippingstonesdesign.com/ It is a SKETCH and this is my entry using a lovely image from The Digi Garden called VICTORIA. I have coloured her with Promarkers, cut her out and then mounted her onto gold glitter card and edged with a border to highlight.

The border is Martha Stewart DOILY LACE and I have completed the look with a lemon bow.

Hello and good afternoon to you all. Back to some sort of normality in our house today, and having a crafty session while dear husband is watching the sport on tv, yeah. A perfect combination, so we are both happy.

They have given us a SKETCH to work too and this is my entry. I have used paper from my stash. I have cut two Nestie Squares using plain and textured cardstock.

BIRTHDAY WISHES. Three Challenges.

Hello and good afternoon to you all out there in blogland. I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas Day, and Boxing Day is going well too.
The card I have to show today is being entered into three challenges.

My Easel card has been created using Elegance Shaped cards, and co-ordinating papers from my stash. All panels have been edged with a gold decorative border to highlight and give definition too.
I have used two different embossing folders which are IN STITCHES & SWISS DOTS. My image is from Sassy Cheryls Designs called BUTTON FLOWERS BAG, which has been coloured with Promarkers.
On the base I have added two scalloped ovals which have been embossed, then added a sentiment tablet of BIRTHDAY WISHES.

To complete the look, I have added card candi on the sorners, gemstones on the embossed panel, and my flowers are organza and mulberry roses together with leaves created from Spellbinders FOLIAGE SET.

GORGEOUS GINNIE. Two Challenges.

Hello and good morning to al of my blogland friends.
My card today is for two challenges.

I have used a patterned designer paper from the Papermania Verde Paper pack. I then used two different papers, one of which is spotted and the other one is striped.
The spotted one forms the top border and it has been punched with the Martha Stewart BUBBLE BATH punch and then mounted on green card to highlight.
The striped paper forms the lower border and has been punched with the Martha Stewart PICKET FENCE punch. This has been mounted on yellow card to highlight.
All edges have been decorated with a gold border to give definition.
The centrepiece has beren made using two Nestie shaped in co-ordinating colours, the top yellow one has been embossed with the SWISS DOTS folder.
My image is from The Poodles Doodles called GINNIE, which has been coloured with Promarkers and cut out, then adhered with sticky pads for a 3D effect.
Finally to complete the look I have added pale lemon rosebuds with punched sprigs of leaves and a sentiment tag with gemston saying WITH LOVE.

WITH LOVE ON YOUR BIRTHDAY. Sketches by Carly.

Hello and good morning to you all. I hope that you are all ok today.
This card is for the SKETCH #46 over at http://www.sketchesbycarly.blogspot.com/
The background paper is from the DCWV CAFE MEDITERRANEAN stack, the border at the bottom is green cardstock, punched on both edges with the Martha Stewart TRADITIONAL EYELET punch. I have added a green check ribbon in the centre of the border and then tied a large bow in the same ribbon. To finish the border I have added two lovely Cherry Blossom flowers.
The Nestie shape has been cut out of green glitter card and the circle made using CROWNED CIRCLES Nestie. I have added co-ordinating small rosebuds to the left side and the remaining points have the addition of green gemstones. The sentiment in the centre reads "WITH LOVE ON YOUR BIRTHDAY".
To complete the Sketch I have added card candi.

BLUE & BROWN. Allsorts Challenge.

Hi again to you all. Well, this will be the last one for today, although I do have another one ready for a Challenge which will go on tomorrow.
This card is for Week #134 over at http://www.allsortschallenge.blogspot.com/ They would like you to use the Colours BLUE & BROWN, and this is my entry.
I have used a dark blue card for the base, then added a brown slightly textured brown paper, onto which I added another panel of pale blue gingham check paper. All edges have been trimmed with a gold border to highlight and give definition too.

Then I cut a strip of striped blue paper, punched both sides with a Martha Stewart IRON GATE punch, and again positioned on brown. I then used three different dies to make the circular design in co-ordinating colours, and added a BEST WISHES sentiment as the focal point.
Finally, I put card candi on the corners to give texture, a blue bow at the bottom, and a blue rosebud on a sun shaped centre and blue leaves to finish the look.

COLOUR CHALLENGE at Colour Create.

Hi again everyone. How lovely spending the afternoon crafting, the radio playing in the background, just perfect.
My next card I am entering into two challenges.

I have added a silver holographic on the white base card, and then embossed with SWISS DOTS a panel of blue textured card and then edged this with a silver chainlink border.
I then punched white textured card down both edges with the Martha Stewart HEART punch, which was positoned across the card. In the centre I added a blue satin bow with a white satin bow and rosebud on top of it.
The sentiment STAR of CONGRATULATIONS was positioned on sticky pads for a 3D effect. To complete the look I added blue rosebuds on punched blue glitter card leaves from the Spellbinders Foliage set.Thank you very much for astopping by, and if you have time to comment, that would be lovely.

LOVELY LILLY. Simply Create Too Challenge.

Hello everyone, and boy is it chilly here. The sun is shining, but we have a snow-covered Avenue, and its icy underfoot. So, its a crafty day for me and a sport on tv afternoon for my husband, so we are both happy.
My first card today is for Challenge #2 over at http://www.simplycreatetoo.blogspot.com/ The title of their challenge is EMBOSSING, and on my card I have used two different embossing folders, SWISS DOTS & CANDY STRIPES.
The background is red and all edges have been adorned withj a silver chainlink border to highlight the shapes. I have used three different Nestie Shapes to make the centrepiece, and the top circle has the addition of black gemstones on the points.
My lovely image is LILLY from Crafty Sentiments, and she has been coloured with Promarkers and cut out, then adhered on sticky pads for a 3D effect.

To complete the look, I have added a sentiment tablet of BEST WISHES ON YOUR BIRTHDAY.

COLOUR CHALLENGE. Creatalicious Challenges.

Hi everyone. This will be my last post for today, although I am still making other cards for challenges. Its virtually dark here now, so no chance of getting decent pictures.

This card is for Challenge #29 over at http://www.creataliciouschallenges.blogspot.com/ Their theme is a COLOUR CHALLENGE and you have to use PURPLE, GREEN, PINK & WHITE.
To get the decorative edges, I have positioned three fronts of cards together, and trimmed the excess off.
The lower edge has been decorated with pink gemstones, the middle edge with lilac card candi, and then the top edge with green stickles.
I have added a green panel, then a purple panel on top, both have been edged with a silver decorative border.
I then cut a decorative pink embossed designer paper oval, and adhered with sticky pads, overlapping the edge of the panel. My image is BAREFOOT AMY from Crafty Sentiments, coloured with Promarkers, then adhered with sticky pads for a 3D effect. To complete the look, I have added co-ordinating flowers with White Floral Flourishes.

I have used plain red card, the striped paper is from We R Memory Keepers, TRAVEL LIGHT COLLECTION.
The image is called MINI SKIRT from Digi Doodles Shop, which has been coloured with Promarkers then mounted on black card. The edges have a silver decorative border and the decorative corners are cut in Holographic card. To complete the look I have added a tartan bow.

Hello and good morning everyone. Well what a dull, wet day it is here, with the odd flurry of snow thrown in for good measure. Perfect day for crafting I think.

I have used papers fron the Papermania BLUEBERRY PIE COLLECTION. My image is SPRING AMY 1, from Crafty Sentiments, which I have coloured with Promarkers and cut out. She has been positioned in the centre circle with sticky pads for a 3D effect. The circle has been embossed with the SWISS DOTS folder.
I have cut a Nestie square in white. All edges have been decorated with a silver border to highlight.

STAGGERED BUTTERFLIES. The Play Date Cafe.

Hello again to you all out there in blogland.
My next card is for Challenge #111 over at http://www.theplaydatecafe.blogspot.com/ This week, they wish to see the colours BLACK & WHITE with a SPLASH OF TEAL.
The teal embossed paper is from the Mediterranean Cafe Stack, and I have punched both edges with thew Martha Stewart DOILY LACE punch.
I have cut two sizes of Nesties CROWNED CIRCLES. I have used white textured card and this has been adorned with small black gems. The smaller circle is using a black and white floral print.

In the centre I have mounted three embossed butterflies in co-ordinating colours, with small black gems down the body.
The finishing touches are a white organza bow, and a sentiment of BIRTHDAY WISHES.

Hello to you all on a bit of cold day, where we have had hail, rain and snow throughout the day, but at the moment it is fine. Who knows what tonight might bring.
My card I have to show you is featuring HOLLY IN A DRESS from the Poodles Doodles which I have coloured with Promarkers.
The Challenge #94 over at http://www.critterchallengeblog.blogspot.com/ is a SKETCH. I have used a variety of papers from my stash. The border is made with the FANCY HEARTS BORDER DIE from Crafty Sentiments, and all edges have the addition of a gold chainlink border to highlight and add definition.

BLACK & WHITE. Sketchy Colors Challenge.

Hello again to you all. This is my last post of the day.
This card is for Challenge #97 over at http://www.sketchycolors.blogspot.com/ The title of their Challenge is BLACK AND WHITE.
It is self-explanatory really. I have used textured card and plain. The embossing has been done with the SWISS DOTS folder. The border has been created with the Martha Stewart TRADITIONAL EYELET punch. I have used a Nestie Square onto which I have added a large silver daisy with my sentiment tablet as the centre which says MANY HAPPY RETURNS.

To complete the look I have added three pearlised white hearts made using the Martha Stewart Lattice Heart, and in the corners, there are FLORAL FLOURISHES by Joy Crafts.

Hello everyone. My next card is for R #49 over at http://www.crafts4eternity.blogspot.com/
This week they are having a COLOUR CHALLENGE and they would love you to use RED, GREEN & CREAM. This is my entry.
I have used a scalloped edge card, onto which I have added a panel of light green card and then a smaller panel of red.

I then cut two different sizes of Nestie DECORATIVE SQUARES, the larger one in Cream textured card and the smaller in red, these were placed at an angle. On the corners of those, I added green gemstones (from Mei Flower)
I then cut four decorative Nestie corners in green.
Finally my image has been coloured with Promarkers, mounted on green and edged with a gold decorative border to highlight.

WHITE ON WHITE BLIZZARD. Two Challenges.

Hello and good morning everyone on this cold day, and we have had snow here this morning, with more expected tonight, so I will not be going outside.
My card this morning is for Two Challenges.

Using a square card I have added a smaller square of white card and edged that with a silver straightline border to highlight.
I then cut two smaller panels and embossed both of them. One with CARAMELLO and the other with VENUS.
Onto this, I added a pearlised white scalloped circle, made a flower with silver daisy petal, white punched leaves and a beautiful white rose and calla lillies with gem centre.
To complete the look, I have used small silver decorative corners to add texture and definition.

PURPLE & GREEN COLOUR CHALLENGE. Crafty Sentiments Designs.

Hello and good afternoon everyone. Well, this is my 2nd week as Guest Designer at Crafty Sentiments and I just love the COLOUR CHALLENGE this week. They would love you to use the colours GREEN & PURPLE, how fabulous.
For my card I have used a Scalloped border card and added a purple and white swirly patterned paper. All edges have the addition of a silver decorative border to highlight and give definition to the shapes.
I then added a green border down the right and onto that, I added a green patterned paper which I had punched down both edges with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT border punch
My image also from Crafty Sentiments is called BILLY BIRTHDAY PRESENT, which has been coloured with Promarkers and then I added Glossy Accents on the balloons. This was then mounted on green then purple textured card.
I added a narrower border down the left side and onto that added a co-ordinating stripey ribbon and hand tied bow.
To complete the look, I have added purple and white card candi and a HAPPY BIRTHDAYstar, which I also mounted again on purple textured card.

The Winner of the Challenge will win 4 digi images of their choice. You may also be chosen in the Top 3, or even be chosen as the Crafty Sentiments Favourite. WOW.

IMMIE SAYS "THANK YOU"

Hello and good morning everyone. I am sorry I have been missing for a while, but I will try and get round to commenting again soon.
This card is for the Challenge over at http://www.thepoodlesparlour.blogspot.com/ They would love to see your THANK YOU cards and this is my entry.
I have used dofferent papers from my stash, the Nestie Crowned Circles have been cut using s spotted paper and also gold holographic and then staggered together. I have then added brown gemstones to add texture and defintion.
My image is IMMIE from The Poodles Doodles, which has been coloured with Promarkers, then cut out and adhered using sticky pads to make 3D.

FLOWER FAIRY DECOUPAGE. Glitter Geeks Challenge.

Hello again everyone. This next card I made for Challenge Week #26 over at www.glittergeeks.blogspot.com The title of the Challenge is to do DECOUPAGE, so I have used a Dufex Glitter Fairies set (sorry about quality of picture)
I have used paper from Henbury Lane Collection to make this Scalloped Edge Easel card. I have also used lilac txtured card as a contrast. The border has been created with the Martha Stewart FLORAL VINE PUNCH.

To complete the look I have added small padded butterflies, fabric and paper flowers with punched leaves. A ribbon bow and a sentiment tag which says BEST WISHES.

WARM WISHES. First GDT Card for Crafty Sentiments Designs.

Hello and good morning everyone, and what a freezing cold day it is.

I am so excited today as I was asked if I would like to be a Guest Designer for Crafty Sentiments Designs, and of course, I said YES. Thank you very much for having me on your team.
The title of this weeks lovely challenge is SNOWFLAKES.
This is my very first GDT card and it is using one of their beautiful stamps called WARM WISHES which I have coloured with Promarkers.
I have made an Easel card for this, and used beautiful blue christmas papers which have been edged with a silver border to highlight and give definition too.
My image has been mounted onto silver holographic card and positioned at an angle. I have added white pearls for the snowflakes and the added ICICLE stickles to give a sparkly effect.
The base of the card has a panel with a border made by using the Martha Stewart BUBBLE BATH punch. Onto this I have added a Mini Book with vellum overlay and the sentiment of SEASONS GREETINGS. On top of the book is a co-ordinating satin bow.
The look has been completed with blue and white rosebuds with punched white leaves.

The Winner of the Challenge will recieve four digi images of their choice. You may be picked to be in the Top 3, or, you could be chosen as the Crafty Sentiments Favourite and win a digi image of your choice, so there are lots of incentives to take part and have fun with our challenge.

GOING OUT. Crafts 4 Eternity Challenge.

Hello everyone. How cold is it today. I have not been able to get warm at all today, my hands are like blocks of ice. This is a card I made on Friday, but with not being well, have only just got around to posting it.

I have used papers from Papermania SPRING LIFE COLLECTION, my border has been made using the Martha Stewart PICKET FENCE PUNCH
The image is called GOING OUT drom Crafty Sentiments and the look completed with flowers.

LILLY. Paper Make Up Stamps Challenge.

Hello on this very wet and cold day. Sorry not been around, not very well today, havnt slept most of the night and been up since half past one this morning.
This card is for Challenge #13 over at http://www.papermakeupstamps.blogspot.com/ The Challenge is a SKETCH and to use a Digi image, and I have used LILLY from Crafty Sentiments, isnt she just the cutest little girl.
I have used a pink and white swirly patterned paper for the background, and then I have used plain pink and silver holographic for the panels. The border has been made with Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT, and to complwete the look I have added a beautiful pink ribbon and the sentiment saysMAY YOUR WISHES COME TRUE.

CONGRATULATIONS, A BABY GIRL. Two Challenges.

Hello everyone.
This card is for two challenges.

My background paper is from Papermania SUMMER BLOOM COLLECTION. The card I have used to create the borders is pearlescent MINT GREEN & PALE PINK.
I have used my Brand New Border Dies called FANCY HEARTS from http://www.craftysentiments.blogspot.com/ which I have cut out of white card, then mounted onto pink then mint green. The edges have then had a silver chainlink border added to give definition and texture.
My image is a Stamp Set called LUCY BABY SET 2. also from Crafty Sentiments, which has been coloured with Promarkers and then mounted to co-ordinate.

To complete the look, I have added a pink striped delicate bow and a CONGRATULATIONS banner.

THINKING OF YOU. Lady Bugs Crafts Ink Challenge.

Hello and good morning to you all. It is miserable outside, but nice and snug inside, and thats where I am staying, want to get some crafting done, as for the past couple of days, I dont seem to have got anywhere fast.
My card I have to show you this morning is for Challenge #48 over at http://www.ladybugscraftsinkchallengeblog.blogspot.com/ The title of their Challenge is WHITE ON WHITE.
I have made a scalloped edged Easel Card for this one, and have used embossing folders SWISS DOTS, COTTAGE FLORAL, and Martha Stewart punch MODERN GARLAND to create this. The centre is made up of two sizes of Nestie Squares, and in the centre of that is a MINI BOOK, edged with White pearls and an Embroidered Bow with gemstone and pearl detail.
The leaves around the outside have been cut using the Spellbinders FOLIAGE set, and I then embossed with Swiss Dots, these have the addition of White Organza Bows to complete the look.
The base has the sentiment mounted on embossed panels and adhered on sticky pads for a 3D effect. The sentiment says THINKING OF YOU.

EASEL CARD. Glitter Fairies DT Card.

Hello and good afternoon to you all out there in wonderful crafty blogland. I trust that you are all well and keeping warm.
My card today is for Challenge #5 over at www.glitterfairieschallengeblog.blogspot.com This is my DT card and this month we would love to see you make EASEL CARDS. It can be for whatever occasion you wish, including Christmas too.
I have used an Elegance shaped card to make the Easel card and then I have used a variety of different designer papers in gorgeous shades of pink. I have also used black card to mount the panels on, to give definition and highlight the shapes too. All edges have been adorned with a silver decorative border. The centrepiece for my card is using a gorgeous PINK GLITTERED SCOTTIE DOG from Mei Flower.
I have added a HAPPY BIRTHDAY sentiment tablet on the bottom part, mounted on co-ordinating card.
To complete the look I have used Cerise feathers, silk and paper flowers with pearls and punched leaves.

LOVE IS LIKE A BUTTERFLY. Seems a Little Sketchy Challenge.

Hello and good evening lovely friends. This card is for Challenge #1 over at http://www.seemsalittlesketchy.blogspot.com/ The papers I have used are from The Henbury Lane Collection and also from Gingham Vase Collection. The panels have been mounted on co-ordinating card and edged with silver decorative border.
I cut two Nesties squares for the main part, and I edged the outer one with white pearls to add texture and definition.

My centrepiece is a Sequined Bow. I have added a chipboard tag saying LOVE, and at the bottom I have used pink ric-rac with a gorgeous flower in the centre.

CHRISTMAS WISHES. Crafty Sentiments Challenge.

Hello and good afternoon everyone. Well, it is going dark here and a chilly feeling in the air. Happy crafting time I think. Wonderful.
This card is for the RECIPE CHALLENGE over at http://www.craftysentiments.blogspot.com/ As well as a fabulous Recipe to follow, they have so very kindly given a FREEBIE IMAGE for you to use if you wish, and it is such a cutie too.
The Recipe is to use 1-Ribbon. 2-Images. 3-Papers. This is my entry.
I have used a Scalloped edged card for my base, the papers are from the Milton & Co. Christmas Paper Pack. I have used the Martha Stewart BUBBLE punch for my border, and all edges have the addition of a gold decorative border to highlight.
My two images are the Freebie provided, plus BLITZ WITH PRESENT, also from Crafty Sentiments. They have been coloured with Promarkers and then cut out and mounted on sticky pads for a 3D effect.
To complete I have added a Red and White Gingham bow and a sentiment tablet saying CHRISTMAS WISHES.

LESLEY'S SKETCH CHALLENGE. The Paper Players.

Hello again my friends. This is my last posting for the day. Not much light here now.
This card is for LESLEY'S SKETCH CHALLENGE over at http://www.thepaperplayers.blogspot.com/ It is Challenge #74. I have used red card for the base card, papers from the Black & White Matt Stack, holographic card too. All edges have been decorated with a silver decorative border. The black panel has been embossed with the BUDDING VINE FOLDER.
I cut two Nestie ovals, both of which have been adorned with pearls and black gemstones to add texture and definition.
My image is from Tellens Place Designs called BEV which has been coloured with Promarkers then cut out and mounted on sticky pads for a 3D effect.
To complete the look I have added a bow, card candi and two gemstone decorative cornerpieces.

Hello and welcome to my craftroom on the cold, dull, windy and miserable day. My dear husband has just brought me a nice hot mug of coffee upstairs, what a star.

MONOCHROMATIC. Pink Gem Challenge.

Hello everyone, I hope that you are all having a fun weekend. Its been blowing a gale and last night it was raining very hard. Still, the television was good, as it is tonight too.
I am entering this card into the Challenge over at http://www.pinkgemchallengeblog.blogspot.com/ They would like to see MONOCHROMATIC and this is my entry.
My backing paper is from the Lemon Sorbet Collection and the border is made from Spring Life Collection which has been punched with the Martha Stewart DOILY LACE punch. My image is a stamped one, sent to me in a RAC, sorry dont know origin. It has been mounted on co-ordinating cardstock, and edged with a decorative border.
To complete the look, I have added the sentiment of BIRTHDAY WISHES, and matching gemstones at the bottom.

BAREFOOT AMY. Crafty Sentiments Challenge.

Hello to you all on this cold, windy and very wet day. I am spending the afternoon tucked away in my craftroom, so I am having some fun.
My card to show today is for the Challenge over at http://www.craftysentiments.blogspot.com/ The title of the Challenge is to use METAL somewhere on your creation.
I have used an Elegance shaped card for this one, onto which I have added a lovely lilac and pale green designer paper, which has then been edged with a silver decorative border to highlight and give definition too. My image is from Crafty Sentiments called BAREFOOT AMY which I have coloured with Promarkers and cut out. I then positioned her using sticky pads for a 3D effect on silver holographic card and again onto a deeper lilac textured card, this was then positioned at an angle and on the top corner placed a co-ordinating satin bow.
Across the bottom I have added three silver filigree METAL discs, and added a lilac flower in the centre of each.

To complete the look I used a Spellbinder cutter from the FOLIAGE collection for my greenery, onto which I added co-ordinating flowers.

SKETCH. Lilypad Challenge.

Hello to you all on this chilly Autumn day, there is a bit of a wind today, not to worry though, I can always craft.
My card I have to show you is for a SKETCH CHALLENGE over at http://www.lilypad.inlinkz.com/ I do like doing a Sketch, so I had fun making this.
I have used paper from the My Minds Eye-BRIGHT DOTS COLLECTION. I used a Martha Stewart IRON GATE punch on white pearlised card to make the border.

My sentiment of BEST WISHES has been mounted on co-ordinating card and trimmed with deckle scissors and then adhered on sticky pads to make 3D.
To decorate, I have made a double punched embossed butterfly, and then used two silver filigree silver discs, added a red rosebud and punched white leaves.

BLACK AND WHITE EMBOSSED BUTTERFLY. Two Challenges.

Well I did say that I have had the most amazing crafting time, but this will be my last posting tonight.
I am entering this card into two challenges.

Really it is self-explanatory. The white embossed panel has been made using the BUDDING VINE folder. This has been mounted on black card. I have added two bands of white with silver sticky embroidered ribbon. The smaller panel has been embossed with SWISS DOTS folder. Onto this I have punched two embossed butterflies in black and white, and positioned them on sticky pads to make it 3D.
To complete the look I have tied a black and white Polka Dot bow.
The edge of the card has been decorated with stickles to show the shape.

BEAUTIFUL BLUES. One Stop Craft Challenge.

Hi, its me again. I have had a fab weekend crafting, its taken my mind off other things and is doing me good.

This next card is for Week #158 over at http://www.onestopcraftchallenge.blogspot.com/ This week it is a COLOUR CHALLENGE and they would like to see you use BLUE.
My image is called KATY from The Poodles Doodles which has been coloured with Promarkers and cut out, then mounted on co-ordinating card and edged with a border.
I have used a variety of card and gingham paper. To complete the look I have added a floral decoration punched leaves, punched leaves and embossed petal and a silk and pearl detail flower at the top. The corners have beautiful oval gemstones added to give texture and definition.

BAREFOOT AMY. Colour Create Challenge.

Hello again everyone. I am having another crafty afternoon before the tv tonight, with Strictly Come Dancing, X-Factor Results and then I'm a Celebrity, yippeeee.
My next card today is for Challenge #84 which is a Colour Inspiration at www.colourcreatechallenge.blogspot.com The colours are PINK/WHITE/GOLD.
My image is from Crafty Sentiments Designs called BAREFOOT AMY which has been coloured with Promarkers then cut out.
The border has been created using the Martha Stewart BUBBLES punch. My flower has been embossed with the SWISS DOTS folder and then a rosebud added for the centre. I have added a HAPPY BIRTHDAY sentiment disc and a pink bow with hearts.

FLORAL VINE. Two Challenges.

Hello to you all, I hope that you are all having a fabulous weekend. Its a lovely Autumn day here, bit of sunshine, but a chill in the air.
The first card I have to show today is for two challenges.
http://www.marksfinestpapers.blogspot.com/ Challenge #82. BLACK & WHITE WITH ONE OTHER COLOUR.
http://www.crazy4challenges.blogspot.com/ C4C #114. BLACK & WHITE + ONE COLOUR.
My background paper is from the Black & White Prints Stack, which has been edged with a Silver border.
I then punched a black panel using the Martha Stewart FLORAL VINE punch down both edges, and then mounted this onto white pearlised card.

I cut sizes of a Nestie shape in silver and black which were then positioned on sticky pads to make 3D. In the centre I added a silver filigree heart.
To complete the look I made a punched black and silver daisy flower with a crocheted wheel centre and bead detail, with punched fern leaves to finish.

AMY LOOKING OUT. Frosted Designs Challenge.

Hi again to everyone. I did say that I had been very busy and had a wonderful relaxing day crafting.
This card is for the Fabulous Friday Challenge over at http://www.frosteddesigns.blogspot.com/ The title of the Challenge is to use DIE-CUTS and this is my entry. I have used and Elegance shaped card as my base and onto that added a panel of blue card which has been edged with a silver decorative border. Onto this I added a white panel embossed with the MOROCCAN SCREEN embossing folder.
My image is from Crafty Sentiments Designs called AMY LOOKING OUT and has been coloured with Promarkers and cut out. She has been positioned using sticky pads for a 3D effect.

I have added a lovely blue and white scroll onto which I have added punched silver fern leaves and a Prima Flower. The tag has the sentiment BEST WISHES, decorated with a rosebud decoration. Finally I have added a turquoise and white polka dot satin ribbon bow.

DECOUPAGE DUFEX FAIRY. Flutterby Wednesday Challenge.

Hello again. For my second card today, I have made a DECOUPAGE DUFEX FAIRY card. It is for Challenge #180 which is an OPEN Challenge over at http://www.flutterbywednesdays.blogspot.com/
I have used yellow card for the base and added a gorgeous swirly paper from the Papermania BOYSENBERRY COLLECTION. All edges have been outlined with a gold chainlink border to highlight and give definition too.
I punched a strip of pale lilac pearlised card down both edges with the Martha Stewart CLOUDY HEARTS punch, this was then adhered to a slightly wider strip of lemon pearlised card.
The fairy was positioned on sticky pads for make it 3D and to complete the look I added a ribbon and beaded butterfly and a smaller holographic butterfly.

ALL WHITE. Two Challenges.

Hello and good afternoon everybody. Well, while husband has been out at the Football Match, I have been busy making quite a few cards for different challenges. I have really had a lovely, relaxing time.
This card is for three challenges.

My base card is scalloped edged and down the spine I have added a glittered white decorative edged border. For the panels I have used Four embossing folders to creat the random sized panels.
CANDY STRIPES. SPOTS & DOTS. DAWNY. SWISS DOTS. They have been layered at random, and then I used two sizes of flower punch to create the centrepiece. I added pearls to the tips of the petals to highlight and give definition. The fern leaves are punched.
To complete the look, I added a white satin bow with rose centre and a BIRTHDAY WISHES sentiment banner.

WITH MOM'S IN MIND. Tellens Place Designs.

In the United States of America, everyone is getting ready for the "THANKSGIVING CELEBRATIONS" and with this is mind, we at Tellens Place Designs, have been making cards and gifts to give to Mom's, who work very hard to make sure that all families have a wonderful time with lots to eat.

The image is from Poodles Doodles and is called MEL, which has been coloured with Promarkers. The border is made with Martha Stewart PICKET FENCE punch. To complete the look I have used rosebuds on punched sprigs of leaves, and golden gemstones. The sentiment says BIRTHDAY WISHES..
